Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop intuitive, usable, engaging interactions and visual designs
• Initiate and respond to ideas for innovation/improvements based on research, analysis, and competitor reviews
• Provide strategic thinking and leadership
• Conceive, manage, and lead project design from scratch till end
• Identify user needs and business requirements
• Substantiate design approach with analysis & projections for improvements in key metrics
• Ensure the basic practices of SEO is implemented, content is indexed properly E.g work with the marketing team to ensure websites have meta-tags, title tags, heading tags…
• Have a strategy that allows quick delivery of landing pages, EDM for marketing purpose
• Setup google analytics custom reports to measure and improve traffic
• Setup and maintain the company blog with the marketing team
• Create design deliverables such as specifications, process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as UX team throughout the design process
• Collaborate harmoniously with multiple stakeholders to synthesize and incorporate feedback appropriately with equanimity and a user-centred focus
• During the implementation phase, respond to day-to-day questions from developers, product managers & project managers
• Able to identify, document, and verify bug fixes
Desired Skill Set
• At least 2 years of experience
• Develop secure website using HTML5 / CSS3 / CSS / JQuery / Ajax / XML / JSON / PHP / JavaScript / MYSQL/ Bootstrap and WordPress
• Experience on hosting it on WPEngine and AWS

• Able to convert from .AI and ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive websites, PWA, including email newsletter, landing pages and website maintenance
• Be comfortable sketching or quickly mocking up and communicating design ideas
• Rock-solid skills in graphic design, with an eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail
• Experience with marketing-oriented communication and landing pages
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere, with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups and to senior executives
• Must be a self-starter that can create schedules and define the scope of work
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers
• Strong ability to communicate your designs vision
• Adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Outsource and work with remote freelancer whenever required
• Experience in agile methodology and able to work closely with the immediate scrum team on a day-to-day basis
