As a rapidly-growing veterinary company, there are endless ideas and opportunities to develop websites that showcase what we do and how we do it. As our web developer – designer, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and the rest of the marketing team to:
Develop wordpress websites
Maintain and optimize current websites
Ensure functionality across across browsers, operating systems, and devices
A/B and multivariate test webpages, forms, email campaigns, etc.
Review site analytics to optimize sites for lead generation
Implement tracking and testing
and much more
This is a full-time, in-house position that reports to the Marketing Director. You’ll have the opportunity to use the full breadth and depth of your skills and learn even more.
If you have the following skills, we’re interested in speaking with you:
WordPress and web standards-based development
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for webpage development and email marketing campaigns
Proficient at A/B testing
Proficient at conversion tracking and analysis
Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of best practices for lead generation
Proven success in website development and maintenance
You’ll also need to be intelligent, experienced, and motivated, with a strong work ethic and the desire to be part of a successful and growing team. You must have a passion for for your work and familiarity with new techniques and trends.
